As soon as possible! This is a popular destination, and our room block may fill quickly. We suggest securing your spot and booking flights early to get the best options.

While it’s not mandatory, we highly recommend staying within Mayakoba! All of our wedding events will take place on the property, and there are four beautiful hotels to choose from. With over 1,600 acres of lush jungle, beach, and lagoon to explore, it’s a destination in itself. If you’re planning to stay elsewhere, please let us know so we can keep you in the loop on logistics.

We love your little ones, but due to venue restrictions we kindly ask that this celebration be adults-only. We hope this gives everyone a chance to relax and enjoy the weekend with us!

No need at all! Transportation to and from the airport can be arranged when booking your hotel. Once on property, you’ll have access to complimentary golf carts and lagoon boats — just call concierge and they’ll whisk you wherever you need to go!

Riviera Maya is known for its warm, tropical climate. Expect sunshine, balmy breezes, and a few refreshing sprinkles here and there.

If your invitation includes a guest, we’d love for you to bring them! While we would love to include as many people as possible, unfortunately, our venue’s capacity is limited.

Absolutely! We’ve built in plenty of time between events so you can relax, recharge, and take advantage of all Mayakoba has to offer — from the spa to the beach to golf. It’s your vacation too!
